About Us.

Picture

Our approach to our work is founded on three core ideas.

1.

The environment that leaders are currently operating in is increasingly complex and unpredictable.

2.

The skills needed to exercise effective leadership have changed.

3.

The way we develop leadership needs to change.

In response to an increasingly complex and unpredictable environment, the skills, capabilities and mindsets a leader needs have changed.

Development based on evidence rather than anecdotes.

We would like to make a contribution to changing the way leadership is developed. We understand this is a lofty ambition, but it is an ambition we feel is worth pursuing.
Leadership and leadership development is a huge industry that can sometimes value anecdotes more than evidence. In our own small way we would like to change this by making research a part of everything we do. We feel this is especially important in the emerging field of developing leaders for success in complexity.
